Sancerre "La Grand Côte" 2016 Pascal Cotat
The wines of the Loire express their incredible particularity thanks to the weather conditions of the region itself and the influences with which the Loire river of the same name has affected the terroir of this area.
Sancerre "La Grand Côte" is a taut and extremely mineral wine, it is a natural wine without sulphites, obtained from a manual harvest of vines over 50 years old and a natural vinification without the addition of sulphites and is not filtered. It is a wine that fully reflects the terroir, the Loire Valley, from which it comes.
The glass is straw yellow in colour with intense mineral and citrus hints, with cedar as the master, in the mouth it is ample and intense, with a final flavour that gives emotions.
This pearl by Pascal Cotat goes well with fish, seafood and shellfish dishes, not bad also as an aperitif wine in the garden.
