Petit Derthona is a Piedmontese white wine produced by Pomodolce. It is made from 100% Timorasso grapes, an autochthonous Piedmontese grape variety characterized by a great minerality. It is vinified according to organic farming methods, with manual harvesting and selection of the grapes. Afterwards, it refines for 8 months in steel. The Petit Derthona di Pomodolce is a pleasant and drinkable wine, which is under the denomination Colli Tortonesi DOC. Simple, to be combined with appetizers or fish first courses, it is characterized by a fruity and very mineral profile, for a fresh and quite persistent sip.
