Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 Garesio
Garesio's Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine of great elegance and structure, produced in the Piedmont area of the same name, known for producing some of the world's most renowned wines.
The Nebbiolo grapes that are used to make this wine come from the winery's properties scattered in different parts of the Piedmont region. The soils are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and are cultivated following sustainable and environmentally friendly viticultural methods.
Vinification is done in the traditional way, using the best technologies to preserve the varietal purity of the wine without overdoing it, but also without losing its essence. Fermentation and maceration take place in steel barrels with delicate and balanced extractions, in keeping with tradition. The use of wood is done with extreme care, favoring large and medium-sized ones, such as tonneaux and Austrian oak barrels.
Garesio's Langhe Nebbiolo is a wine with an intense ruby red color and a complex and enveloping bouquet, with hints of berries, spices, vanilla and floral notes. In the mouth it has an important structure, with tannins present but well integrated, good acidity and a long and persistent finish, characterized by fruity and spicy notes. It is a wine suitable for aging, which can be appreciated already young but reaches its maximum expression after a few years of bottle aging.
