Arnaud Lopez, a son of Burgundy, honed his craft at the renowned Domaine Prieuré Roch before creating his own wines sourced from vineyards cultivated by environmentally-conscious friends, certified organic. Personally tending to the vines, Lopez employs a meticulous approach in the cellar, favoring non-invasive winemaking, using whole clusters, and avoiding new oak to allow the fruit and terroir to fully express themselves.

His Hautes-Côtes de Nuits "Pinot Noar" is the embodiment of this philosophy, crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown in a temperate-oceanic and semi-continental climate, on limestone and clay soils. This wine, enjoyable from youth, boasts a beautiful ruby color, structured by crisp tannins, a smooth texture, delicate fruity and floral notes, with a slightly spicy finish.
