Dolcetto d'Alba 2019 Burlotto
Dolcetto d'Alba 2019 is a fine Piedmontese wine produced by Burlotto. Made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, it is a red wine with a characteristic profile that ferments with maceration on the skins for 7 days in French oak vats. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed in steel, the wine matures for a few months in 35-50 hectolitre Slavonian and Allier oak barrels. After bottling, normally carried out in May, the wine is aged in the cellar for a short period. The color is ruby red with violet reflections, with a mainly fruity nose of raspberry and floral violet. In the mouth it is full, with good freshness and tannic texture.
