Champagne Terre De Vertus Premier Cru 2015 Maison Larmandier Bernier

The Champagne Terre De Vertus 2015 by Maison Larmandier Bernier is the result of an exceptional parcel of Chardonnay, "Les Barillers", vinified separately since 1995 in Vertus. This unique terroir, delicate and saline, yields grapes of extraordinary complexity. After harvest, the mature grapes are gently pressed, and the juices are lightly clarified before aging in wood. Natural fermentation and malolactic fermentation occur spontaneously in barrels and Stockinger vats, with maturation on lees for a year without filtration.

The tirage takes place at the end of July, without blending with other vintages, ensuring a pure vintage. After at least 5 years of aging in the cellars, each bottle is hand-disgorged 6 months before sale, maintaining a 0% dosage to preserve the purity of the terroir.
