Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Fallet-Crouzet

Fallet-Crouzet's Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a fine Champagne produced using only Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, a renowned Grand Cru village on the Cote De Blancs

To produce this Champagne, grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. After crushing, the resulting must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Next, the base wine is blended with a small amount of wines from previous vintages to give the product greater aromatic complexity.

The resulting wine is bottled and undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, known as the champenoise method. During this process, the wine acquires its characteristic effervescence and an aromatic yeasty note develops, giving the product greater depth and structure.

Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Fallet-Crouzet is a straw-yellow wine with golden highlights. The nose has notes of citrus, white flowers, toasted bread and mineral nuances. In the mouth it is fresh and dry, with slight acidity and a delicate and persistent effervescence. The finish is long and pleasantly bitter, characterized by a light citrus note.
