Amarone della Valpolicella is a fine Italian wine produced by Quintarelli. Giuseppe Quintarelli was the great reference for the winemakers of the Veneto region and in the world of Amarone, because he focused on quality first of all, without compromising. Just think that between 2000 and 2003 the company did not produce any Amarone, because a perfect wine would not come out. This Amarone della Valpolicella is produced from the classic blend with selection of the best grapes, after which it ages in wood for 7 years. Bright ruby red in color, it expresses the classic hints of ripe cherry and plum, along with aromas of licorice and spices. Elegant and powerful in the mouth, it has a very long persistence.

GRAPES: Corvina 55%, Rondinella 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, 5% Nebbiolo, Croatina and Sangiovese.
VINIFICATION: Withering of the grapes in wooden boxes, soft pressing, maceration for 2 months on the skins and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 45 days; 72 months aging in medium-large Slavonian oak barrels.
