This Amarone della Valpolicella is produced from the classic blend with selection of the best grapes, after which it ages in wood for 7 years. Bright ruby ​​red in color, it expresses the classic hints of ripe cherry and plum, along with aromas of licorice and spices. Elegant and powerful in the mouth, it has a very long persistence.

GRAPES: Corvina 55%, Rondinella 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, 5% Nebbiolo, Croatina and Sangiovese.

VINIFICATION: Withering of the grapes in wooden boxes, soft pressing, maceration for 2 months on the skins and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 45 days; 72 months aging in medium-large Slavonian oak barrels.
