Timorasso Grue 2018 is a Piedmontese white wine produced by Pomodolce. It is a refined and persistent white wine, which is part of the denomination "Colli Tortonesi DOC" and is composed of 100% Timorasso grapes. The careful vinification includes manual harvesting, with careful selection of the bunches and ageing on the lees in steel tanks. The Timorasso Grue 2018 has a bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose is expressed with hints of white flesh fruit and fresh citrus notes that blend perfectly with the mineral trail typical of the variety. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, with great structure and richness and persistent.
