Pisador 2018 La Mision
Pisador 2018 is a red wine from Chile produced by the La Mision winery, according to natural farming principles. Pisador is the only label produced by La Mision:
it is a red wine designed for long ageing made from the pais grape, the oldest red grape variety planted in Chile, where viticulture was probably introduced by Spanish missionaries. The La Mision winery has the "mission" of preserving the disappearance of the area's ancient free-range vines.
This very special Chilean red wine is made according to natural principles in order to best express all the characteristics of the area. Intense ruby red in colour, Pisador expresses a bouquet of red fruits, aromatic herbs, tobacco and white pepper on the nose, for a soft and enveloping sip, with silky tannins and a beautiful persistence.
