Bottega Vinai presents its Müller Thurgau, a white wine that embodies the viticultural excellence of Trentino. The vineyards, located in the Brentonico plateau and the hills of Valle di Cavedine and Cimone at 500-700 meters above sea level, grow in limestone and porphyritic soils, benefiting from a climate with mild summer temperatures and significant day-night temperature variations.
The grapes, carefully selected to represent the best of the terroir, undergo meticulous vinification and aging exclusively in stainless steel. The result is a wine with a luminous straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with a complex bouquet of aromatic herbs, thyme, sage, pear, apple, and jasmine.
The palate reveals a perfect balance between freshness and salinity, with a pleasantly bitter finish.
