Domaine Xavier Gerard's Côte-Rôtie 2019 is a high-quality wine produced in the Northern Rhône region of France. The grapes used to produce this wine come exclusively from vineyards located in the Côte-Rôtie area, where climatic and geological conditions are particularly favorable for growing Syrah grapes.
Domaine Xavier Gerard's cultivation philosophy is based on the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural techniques. The vines are grown naturally, without the use of chemicals that are harmful to human health and the environment. In addition, the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in order to ensure the highest quality of the grapes.
Vinification of Cote Rotie 2019 is done in the traditional way, with temperature-controlled fermentation and prolonged maceration of the grapes. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for a period of 18 months to ensure the proper evolution of the wine.
From an organoleptic point of view, Domaine Xavier Gerard's Côte-Rôtie 2019 shows a deep and lively red color. On the nose, notes of red fruits and spices can be perceived, with a slight hint of vanilla and toastiness. On the palate, the wine is elegant and structured, with soft tannins and good aromatic persistence.
