Com Mai Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos
Com Mai Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos is a Spanish white wine produced by Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos using natural methods. It is made from 100% Xarello grapes from a recently acquired prestigious vineyard in Can Raimunde.
The vineyards are worked according to biodynamic farming principles, as well as thinning out the bunches of grapes that have gathered after they have taken on colour. This has resulted in grapes with a higher concentration of flavour! After pressing, the must vinifies in stainless steel tanks for 12 days, then matures in oak barrels for 3 months before refining in stainless steel tanks for a further 3 months.
The wine is bottled without clarification, without filtration and without the addition of SO2. Com Mai presents itself in the glass with an intense yellow colour tending to pink, a very particular colour. The nose expresses hints of dried flowers and ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, for a structured, smooth and balanced taste.

VINIFICATION: 4 months in large wooden barrels. Unfiltered, unclarified. No sulphur dioxide added.
