Champagne Extra Brut Avizoise 2012 Domaine Agrapart
The Champagne Extra Brut Avizoise 2012 is a fine wine produced by Domaine Agrapart. It is a Blanc de Blancs whose Chardonnay grapes come from the Grand Cru plots of Gros Yeux and Avise, from plants of about 50 years of age, on a very special terroir of chalk where there is also clay. After refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, this Champagne is left to mature on the lees for 60 months. It has a low dosage of 3 g/l and is classified as Extra Brut. The Champagne Extra Brut Avizoise 2012 of Agrapart has a brilliant straw yellow colour, while the nose expresses a bouquet of fruits and white flowers, notes of butter and pastry, dried fruits. The sip is rich, mineral and elegant.
