Champagne Collection Brut 242 Louis Roederer

Champagne Collection Brut 242 is a fine wine produced by the historic and renowned Maison of Louis Roederer. The best crus from which Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes are selected to make up this Cuvée, made of 56% of the 2017 vintage plus 34% of reserve wine from the perpetual reserve started in 2012 and aged in wood for 10%. After a long aging on lees in bottle, this Champagne is able to show itself in all its shape: at sight it expresses an intense straw yellow color with golden hues, and a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose expresses notes of white fruit, citrus fruit peel and white flowers of acacia, with hints of dried fruit. The sip is full bodied but balanced by a nice freshness.
