Champagne Chemins Des Terroirs De Sousa
Champagne Brut Tradition is a fine sparkling wine produced by the De Sousa company. It is made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, from estate vineyards in organic conversion.
This Cuvée is made from 70% grapes from the current vintage plus 30% reserve wines from 2-3 previous vintages. The grapes come from different terroirs, are harvested at full maturity and vinified separately, in fact this Champagne perfectly expresses the diversity of the different territories of Champagne. The colour is straw yellow with greenish highlights, with a fine and numerous perlage.
The nose is elegant and floral, delicate and at the same time powerful with fruity hints of apple and pear, citrus and white flowers. The sip is fresh and balanced with a medium-length and very pleasant finish.
