Champagne Brut Nature Pinot Noir NV Drappier

This Brut Nature Pinot Noir is a fine Champagne produced by Drappier. It is a cuvée created from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from base wines obtained from the first pressing of the grapes, with a very low dosage of sulfur dioxide. Spontaneous fermentation at low temperatures lasts two weeks, then the cuvées are assembled in steel tanks to preserve their freshness, and final refinement of 3 years in the bottle. Without the addition of dosage, with only 2 g / l of natural residual sugar per bottle, this fine Champagne is reserved for lovers of authentic, pure and expressive products of the terroir of origin, as in the case of this Champagne Brut Nature Pinot Noir , with a bright yellow color, complex and elegant fruit nose and hints of pastry. The same hints that we find in the mouth for a straight and fresh sip.
