Pedro Domecq's Brandy Foundador is a true gem of the world of spirits, representing the best of Spanish craftsmanship. This high-quality brandy is produced with selected grapes from the Jerez wine region of Spain, famous for its first-class wines and brandies.
The production techniques are a combination of tradition and innovation. After the fermentation of the grapes, the wine obtained undergoes a double distillation to concentrate its aromas and character. The resulting spirit is then aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of ten years. This long aging process allows the brandy to develop extraordinary complexity and a range of aromatic nuances.
