Champagne V.O. Extra Brut is a fine Champagne produced by Selosse. This Champagne is a Blanc de Blancs made from three successive vintages left on lees in bottle for at least 48 months with three shifts in different areas of the cellar. During dégorgement there is no addition of any dosage, therefore giving life to an Extra Brut. With an intense straw yellow color and a fine, numerous and persistent perlage, this Selosse's V.O. Extra Brut expresses an intense and complex bouquet ranging from yellow fruits to honey, from yellow flowers to yeasts. In the mouth the taste is of a perfect balance between acidity, minerality and light oxidation with intense floral and citrus aromas.
