Champagne Rosè Remensis Millesime 2015 Bérèche et Fils

Champagne Rosé Remensis Millesime 2015 is a fine French Champagne produced by the Maison of Bérèche et Fils. The cuvée is obtained by assembling base wines made of chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier and a small percentage of reserve wines. After the refermentation in bottle according to the Champenoise method, the wine is aged in yeasts for a period of 48 months before disgorging. Rosé Remensis Millesime 2015 is a rosé Champagne powerful and elegant at the same time: soft pink color with brighter reflections, it expresses an intense and complex nose of small red fruits, rose petals, cinchona, rhubarb and yeasts. The sip is full-bodied, very refined at the same time with a touch of freshness and sapidity.
