It is made from 85% of the selected cuvée plus 15% red wine from pinot meunier. The nose seduces with hints of small red fruits, roses and violets, for a sip that is both creamy and fresh.

Champagne Rosè Brut Montgolfière Salmon

At the entrance to the Maison Salmon is a monumental hot-air balloon made of iron, one of the symbols of the Maison. The Salmon family's passions are mainly two: Champagne and balloon rides! This label is part of the "Montgolfière" collection, a range of wines dedicated to the art of assemblage.

The Champagne Rosé Brut Montgolfière is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the terroirs of Chaumuzy Chambrecy Villes-en-Tardenois and Sarcy. 85% of the selected cuvèe (made of 50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir) is blended with 15% red wine from pinot meunier.

Salmon's Champagne Montgolfière Rosé Brut shows a wonderful bright coral pink colour to the eye. The nose expresses sweet, mouth-watering aromas of small red fruits, flowers and notes of butter, for a pleasantly rich sip balanced by a nice dose of freshness
