Champagne "La Closerie &" by Jérôme Prévost represents a rare excellence, an authentic oenological gem to be jealously guarded. This precious bubbly originates from the exclusive selection of Pinot Meunier grapes, meticulously cultivated in the limestone soils of Montagne de Reims.

The winemaking process is an art in itself: the grapes, handpicked at the optimal ripeness, undergo gentle pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation in traditional French oak barrels. After patient maturation, the vintage wine is skillfully blended with a percentage of vin de réserve from the previous year, adding depth and complexity to the blend. The entire blend then undergoes the Champagne method, with bottle fermentation and extended aging sur lie, contributing richness and character to the wine. Finally, disgorgement and Extra Brut dosage complete the process, imparting the "La Closerie &" with its unique and balanced character.

Upon tasting, this Champagne presents itself with an elegant golden yellow hue, enhanced by a subtle and persistent effervescence that dances lightly in the glass.
