Champagne Delalot is a rare and artisanal gem in the Vallée de la Marne. Its history dates back to 1900 and has been handed down for generations. One of its symbolic figures was a slender yet tireless woman, who cared for the family vines without machinery or harmful chemicals, preserving the natural balance of the terroir.

In 2010 the domaine embraced full organic conversion, sealing its commitment to sustainable viticulture. Today, the estate is run by Jérôme Lefevre, son of Éliane. Once a professor of contemporary art history in Paris, he left academia to devote himself entirely to viticulture and winemaking. For Jérôme, the call of the land was irresistible, and his artistic background deeply shaped his philosophy: every Champagne must be crafted as a work of art, unique and emotionally engaging.

The approach in both vineyard and cellar is meticulous: careful attention to dosage, the use of oak barrels, the regular stirring of lees during aging, and a strict respect for natural balance. Even the labels are individually designed, reflecting the maison’s artistic soul.
