Magazzino 52 Restaurant in Turin by Emanuele Spagnuolo 31/05/2018
In a city where the restaurants is in many cases in the hands of managers with little professionalism, creativity and courage and economic dynamics that do not center anything with the restaurant, the Magazzino52 is a small corner in Via Giolitti for lovers of good food and good wine.
A food and wine corner that thanks to the serious and constant work is also a corner of hope for other young people who will want to try in the future.
The environment is informal but professional. It's fine. The managers are serious and capable. There is finally a lot of capacity in the kitchen and in the living room. Too bad for the small environment with a few seats, but somehow increases its exclusivity.
The kitchen is characterized by an excellent raw material, always very little seasoned and pure.
Accomodations between ingredients very apt, perfect cooking.
Perhaps only sweets are the best point. Good, but never exciting.
Complete and never banal wine list with direct imports and wines resulting from a competent research.
Congratulations to all the staff and so on.
