The Vosne Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts 2015 is a fine French wine from the Burgundy region, of the Domaine Perrot-Minot. Produced from Pinot Noir from the 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts vineyard, with an area of just 0.5 hectares from 49-year-old vineyards. The soils rest on an agrillo-limestone matrix on blond soils with a high proportion of limestone soils. This wine, as well as all the wines that come from the Les Beaux Monts area, are extremely fine with a marked minerality. The Vosne Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts 2015 has a bright ruby color. A bouquet of red fruit and flowers invades the nose, with strong mineral aromas in a frame of spices. In the mouth it is lively with a silky tannin, a remarkable structure that rests on a beautiful acidity. Perfect to accompany meat and game main courses.
