The 'Vin San Giusto' of Fattoria San Giusto a Rentennano is a Tuscan sweet wine, a pearl of the Chianti area, made from about 90 per cent Malvasia grapes plus a small percentage of Trebbiano. The grapes are dried on mats for 80 days and the wine is aged for 6 years in small oak and chestnut barrels. This sweet wine expresses a rich bouquet of dried fruit, caramel and smoky notes, for a balanced and persistent sip.

"Vin San Giusto" 2014 from Fattoria San Giusto a Rentennano is a Tuscan sweet wine of great elegance and envelopment.

It is made from almost all Malvasia del Chianti grapes plus a small percentage of Trebbiano Toscano, grapes that are harvested and undergo a period of 80 days of drying on racks, which favours a great concentration of sugars and aromas.

The wine then matures for 6 years in small kegs that give it great complexity and persistence. The "Vin San Giusto" 2014 of Fattoria San Giusto a Rentennano shows in the glass a wonderful amber yellow colour with luminous golden reflections. The nose releases intense aromas of dried apricots, dried fruit, caramel, toasted and smoky hints. The taste is rich and enveloping, complex and balanced between softness and a nice dose of freshness, very long persistence.
