Vino Rosato Rosalba NV Manera

Rosalba is a rose wine from Piedmont produced by Azienda Agricola F.lli Manera. It is a daily and drinkable wine, characterized by fruity aromas and an elegant and crisp sip. Grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed. Brief maceration of the skins with the must, and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for about 14/18 days. Aging: one month in bottle. Notes: cherry red color with copper reflections, the nose has hints of small red fruits such as currant and raspberry. The taste is elegant with good freshness and sapidity. Food pairing: wine to be matched with light dishes such as appetizers, fish or not and first courses not demanding.
