Venus Rosato 2019 is an Apulian rosé wine from Conti Zecca. It comes from Negroamaro grapes from the Vigna Pezzo della Casa of 1.90 ha on an alluvial soil with a prevalence of limestone. The choice to use grapes from this terroir derives from the desire to preserve the freshness and elegance of the aromas of this rosé, because it is usually preferred to produce red wines on clay soils. The label represents the trajectory of the planet Venus with respect to the Earth, as well as Venus, goddess of beauty, recalls the elegance of color and the liveliness of this rosé, which gives pleasant scents of fresh fruit and flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and harmonious.

DENOMINATION: Salento PGI Rosé

REGION: Puglia (Italy)

GRAPES: 70% Negroamaro, 30% other grapes

VINIFICATION: Destemming and soft pressing. Maceration for about 12 hours, draining and fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maturation in cement tanks coated with food epoxy resins.
