Sangiovese Case Basse 2017 Soldera

Soldera's Sangiovese "Case Basse" is a great Tuscan red wine. It is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on the Case Basse estate according to organic farming principles, which prohibit the use of chemicals and exclusively manual intervention. The vinification is completely carried out in wooden vats in a natural way and without temperature control, followed by a long refinement in Slavonian oak barrels. This wine has an intense ruby red colour, while the nose expresses a complex and multifaceted bouquet of fruity and floral aromas of violets, blackberries and a pleasant hint of tobacco. The taste is deep and rich, with a silky tannic texture and a long persistence.
