Rosé de Provence "Corail" 2017 Chateau de Roquefort

The Rosé de Provence "Corail" 2017 is a French Provence rosé produced by Chateau de Roquefort. It is obtained from a blend of different vines where we find Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Vermentino and Clairette, grown in western Provence. After harvesting and destemming, only the berries of Grenache and Cinsault are cold macerated; fermentation is spontaneous and carried out in steel. The final refinement lasts six months, with a stop on the lees. The Rosé de Provence "Corail" Chateau de Roquefort shows a light pink color, reminiscent of coral. The nose expresses hints of citrus and fruit, and then veers towards a reference to the notes of wild rose. The tasting is very smooth and drinkable, with a refreshing sip. Perfect match with fish dishes and fresh cheese boards.
