Romanee Saint Vivant Grand Cru 2018 is a fine French wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine de L'Arlot. Romanée Saint Vivant is located just a stone's throw from Romanée Conti, on a special soil that blends clay and limestone, and gives birth to the world's greatest red wines. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, whereas the wine ages in casks for 15 months, with a very measured percentage of new wood: from 30 to 50%, enriching it with finely spiced notes. Romanee Saint Vivant Grand Cru of Domaine de l'Arlot expresses an intense bouquet of fruit such as black currant, wild strawberry, pomegranate and rose flowers. In the mouth, it is balanced between elegance and structure for a persistent sip.
