Riesling "Les Élements" 2019 is a French natural wine produced by Domaine Bott-Geyl. The production philosophy of this Domaine is based on biodynamic and natural viticulture, where each wine must bring with it the character and personality of the single parcel from which it comes.
The range of Bott-Geyl Alsatian wines varies from more full-bodied and important products to simpler bottles, preserving the same quality standard and reflecting the innate characteristics of the terroir of origin. This is the case of this Riesling "Les Élements" 2019, a fresh and drinkable wine, to be enjoyed on light occasions. It shows a beautiful straw yellow color to the eye.
The nose is mainly marked on delicate floral and vegetal hints. The sip is light, lively, animated by a beautiful freshness intensified by a nice citrus aroma. Versatile in combinations, it is perfect to drink as an aperitif or a complete meal.
