Maison Aubry is located in the northern part of the Montagne de Reims, in the Champagne region, in particular in the small municipality of Jouy-Les-Reims classified as Premier Cru. The origins of the Aubry family are very ancient, dating back to the late 1700s, and since 1986 the winery has been managed by the brothers Pierre and Philippe Aubry. Oenologist one and biologist the other, the two brothers have been able to give a new look to the company allowing to create labels of character and pure representations of the terroir of origin.

The company philosophy can be summarized in a fusion between tradition, innovation and creativity: the importance of working in the vineyard to obtain the maximum quality of the grapes at the expense of quantity; respect for traditions with the use of traditional machinery, creativity with the search for ancient vines in danger of extinction such as the Arbanne, the ancient Petit Meslier and the Enfumé. The company has 15 hectares of vineyards, distributed in about sixty parcels, where the three classic Champagne vines are grown, namely Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, but for their rosé they also use a small percentage of Pinot Blanc and , as has been said, part of these ancient native vines.

The result of all this gives life to lively and original Champagne, characterized by a precise style where each bottle has its own character, and it is fun to be able to analyze the differences between the bottles. Quality, class and originality labels.
