Montevertine's Pian del Ciampolo 2017 is produced with Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes and matures for a year in Slavonian oak barrels.
Grapes: Sangiovese 90% - Canaiolo 5% - Colorino 5%
Wine yield / ha: 45 hl
Alcoholic fermentation: in cement tanks for about 25 days
Malolactic fermentation: in cement tanks
Aging: 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 3 months in the bottle
Serving temperature: 17-18 °
