Perlé Spumante 2002 Ferrari

Spumante Ferrari Perlé is a Trentodoc Blanc de Blancs, that is, made with only chardonnay grapes from a careful selection of grapes from the best plots of the Lunelli family located in the Trentini mountains. Perlé is a classic Italian method that matures for 5 years on the lees before a further year in the bottle.

The Trentodoc Metodo Classico Perlé Ferrari is the sparkling wine that best synthesizes the Ferrari style, with a beautiful straw colour in the glass, enhanced by golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is really rich and expressive: hints of apple, citrus, white peach, almond blossom and toasted notes at the end. In the mouth it is elegant and harmonious, unmistakable the aromatic background typical of Chardonnay. Followed by a slightly almondy finish with great persistence, the result of long aging on yeasts.

We are dealing with a great Italian classic method sparkling wine, worthy of the most famous winery in the world for the classic methods of the Bel Paese, the Ferrari winery.
