Bianco Palistorti 2012 is a natural Tuscan wine by Tenuta di Valgiano . The bottle is one of the few labels produced by the vinery that has made itself known for being the first in the Lucca area to produce wine according to biodynamic methods.
The wine has a very particular aromatic profile due to the 5 different vines with which it is made: Vermentino 50%, Trebbiano and Malvasia 25%, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc 25%. In the mouth the wine has character and intensity, although the alcohol content is not high. The soils and the good temperature variations to which the vineyards are subjected give the wine an adequate flavor and minerality.
