Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru La Riotte 2015 is a fine French wine from the Burgundy region, produced by the Domaine Perrot-Minot. With delicate scents and superfine palate, this Morey-Saint-Denis La Riotte 1er Cru Vieilles Vignes is a red of the highest quality and pleasantness. Produced only from Pinot Noir grapes that ferment spontaneously, then refine in barriques, 30% new, for a period between 12 and 14 months, depending on the development of the vintage. At sight it appears a very bright ruby red color. The nose gives us a complex bouquet of fruity, spicy and mineral notes. In the mouth it is pleasant and tasty, with good balance. It goes well with the whole meal, especially with tasty meat or chicken dishes, also with soft cheeses or pasta dishes with sauces.
