Montrachet Marquis de Laguique 1999 is a fine French Burgundy wine, produced by the Marquis de Laguique company. Entirely located in Puligny-Montrachet, with its 2.06 hectares of vineyards, it is the largest parcel of Montrachet and has been in the hands of the Laguique family since 1947. The vineyards are located on a slight slope and have a good south-east exposure. It is a reality recognized in Montrachet for its incomparable quality, it produces this unobtainable wine on a chardonnay base which is an authentic masterpiece, a true expression of the Montrachet terroir. The main objective of the company has always been to create a wine that best expresses the territory and the vintage in which it is produced. This rare Montrachet 1999 shows a bright golden yellow color, an intense dove nose in the multitude of aromas that it describes recognizes the classicism of Montrachet in the buttery and fat aromas. Strong hints of lilac from the valley and peach blossoms invade the nose, along with exotic fruit, honey, toasted almonds. On the palate it is structured, the great softness does not influence the body of the wine. An exceptionally long aftertaste for a harmonious symphony of sensations ending.
