New Michelin star in Turin - Spazio 7 - Sandretto fondation - by Grandibottiglie.com
The location seems unchanged, but both the service and the dishes are of a completely different level: they welcome us with a triumph of mise en buche, including the famous and delicious tomato of chef Mecca (it is a stuffed pepper with tuna cream, which it looks like a pachino), for appetizer we order tuna and aubergine, a delicious little parmigiana in reality, to follow the risotto with snails - maybe bold dish, but absolutely recommended - and as a second crust in the crust, very soft inside and crunchy outside.
To finish the dessert: we choose it driven by curiosity, sheep's ricotta with pears, accompanied by carobs!
In combination with a fantastic Barolo Bricco delle Viole di Vajra 2008
NB: Restaurant also open on Sunday evening, which is rare in Turin!
