A tasting box composed of Italian sparkling wines produced by different wineries for an easy conception of the differences and characteristics that distinguish a productItaly is the land of wine, a land famous throughout the world for the goodness of its dishes and for the jewelry that produces wine.
We must be honest, however, the Italian bubbles are little known, perhaps devalued and certainly not the main boast of our winemaking know-how, but still of the excellent products of our winemaking knowledge.
WHAT IT CONTAINS:
Visamoris Metodo Classico Zero: Zero is the highest point of the production of Vis Amoris. A Classic Method obtained after a rest on the yeasts of about 60 months. Grapes 100% Pigato as in the best Ligurian traditions, an all-round sparkling wine that goes very well with everything: Cold cuts and meats, Appetizers of cooked fish, Appetizers of raw fish, Appetizers salami-cheese, Aperitifs, White meat, Crustaceans, Cheeses medium seasoning, Fries, Seafood, Seafood risotto, Spaghetti with clams
Letrari Quore Brut Riserva: TRENTODOC millesimato obtained only from Chardonnay grapes harvested exclusively by hand, with a minimum stay of 40 months on the lees to enhance the soft elegance. The golden color is slightly strong, bright and lively. The bouquet offers a range of fragrances ranging from crust, bread to vanilla tones, on a base of ripe apple cream and dried fruit. The taste is full and round in its complexity, where you can find the notes of ripe fruit relaunched on a background of citrus and spices. A fresh and lively wine, full and with a solid structure, with a very persistent finish, just like its fine perlage. Cola Battista Franciacorta Brut Vintage 2013: full golden yellow color, abundant foam and fine and persistent perlage. The nose has a distinct scent of bread crust, biscuit, dried fruit and yeast while the palate is perfectly balanced between freshness and acidity combined with an elegant softness.
