Ghizzano Bianco 2019 Tenuta di Ghizzano
Ghizzano Bianco is a Tuscan white wine produced according to natural methods by Tenuta di Ghizzano. It is a simple and drinkable white wine, obtained from 50% Vermentino and the other 50% Trebbiano and Malvasia, vinified separately in order to respect and maintain the characteristics of the grapes: the Vermentino is vinified in a traditional way by pressing the grapes and immediately removing the wine from the skins and the spontaneous fermentation based on indigenous yeasts, takes place at a temperature of 15/18° in steel, while the Trebbiano and Malvasia (50%) is kept to macerate on the skins for 4 months in cement vats, blending the two wines at the end of fermentation.
