Now there is the son of Joseph (who died in 2008) Pierre jean, careful vigneron. Their vineyards, run according to the principles of organic farming, host vines whose ages range from 25 to over one hundred years; in this regard, it is worth mentioning a very small production called "Charmes-Chambertin Très Vieilles Vignes", obtained from Pinot Noir vines planted around 1881.

The domaine extended the property to include vineyards in Marsannay and this wine was also received with impressive praise. Meadows describes the 2012 Marsannay Les Ouzeloy as exceptional, awarding him 90 points and commenting on the "spicy fruit of dark berries, cassis and prominent earthy aromas ... high quality effort that deserves your attention."

A domaine of the highest level, shapeless ascent. Roty wines are very distinctive: full intense, fragrant and harmonious. The style is to try to extract a high level of color, little and phenolic compounds, shaping an intense powerful style without ever losing elegance.
