Dolcetto d'Alba Bartolo Mascarello is a typical Piedmontese red wine produced from a blend of grapes from the Rué and Monrobiolo cru. Dolcetto Mascarello is fermented in cement tanks before being left to age for 9 months in large oak barrels.
Bartolo Mascarello Dolcetto d'Alba is a medium bodied Piedmontese red wine that is presented in an elegant and refined ruby red goblet, the nose alternates notes of red fruit, herbaceous hints and spices. In the mouth it is a robust, warm and persistent wine.
It goes well with elaborate first courses, grilled meats and meat dishes such as baked chicken with potatoes.
