DISCOVERING BORGOGNA

Burgundy is based on a concept of winemaking that unites almost all of its oenological production: the biodynamic and organic technique with absolute removal of the chemistry of manipulation and support both during cultivation and vinification with the obtaining of totally natural wines, absolute expression of the terroir of belonging.

Everything about wine production in Burgundy is designed to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the terroir of belonging, different from each other in minerality and composition.

What tastes by the glass is the exact transposition of what the terroir has given to the grapes, wisely transmitted by the manual skill of the winemakers whose vocation is the absolute naturalness of the procedures.
