This Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc Extra Brut 2017 is a Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Dominique Gruhier. This bottle of French bubbles is part of that category of classic method sparkling wines that are not produced in the Champagne region, but in 7 regions including Burgundy, and are part of the Crémant de Bourgogne appellation. Domaine Gruhier is based in the charming Abbey of Quincy, located in the French valleys of Epineuil. Today, the estate consists of 28 hectares of land distributed between the territories of Chablis and Epineuil, cultivated according to organic farming principles, working in a way that supports the timing and natural characteristics of the grapes. Gruhier's wines range from wines such as Bourgogne Epineuil and Bourgogne Tonnerre, but above all great Chablis to which are added Cremant de Bourgogne both white and rosé, sparkling blends of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes of great class and drinkability.
