Champagne zero dosage Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a fine wine produced by Encry. The winery, born from the passion of two Italians who realized their dream of moving to Mesnil-sur-Oger and producing their own range of Champagne, gives life to this label made from 100% chardonnay that ages at least 42 months on lees.
It is a beautiful and pure expression of the terroir of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, cultivated according to biodynamic methods with full respect for the territory. Here the soil is composed of marine fossils with a chalky substrate that gives wines of great elegance. Straw yellow in color with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage, the Champagne zero dosage Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru expresses a very sharp and mineral nose, where you can recognize notes of lime and ginger, grapefruit and green apple.
The sip is structured, vertical and savory. Citrus flavors blend with mineral and iodine notes, for a long savory and citrusy finish that leaves the mouth pleasantly fresh.
