Champagne 1er Cru Les Vignes de Vrigny Egly Ouriet

The "Les Vignes de Vrigny" Premier Cru is a Brut Champagne that originates from the pure Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the 1er Cru of Vrigny, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is made up of 20% reserve wines, and after refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, the Champagne remains on the lees to mature for a total of 36 months, after which it is disgorged, dosed and bottled. The Champagne Brut Pinot Meunier Premier Cru "Les Vignes de Vrigny" Egly Ouriet shows an intense straw yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses a bouquet of fruit and herbs, from which then emerge light notes of coffee. The sip is structured, mouth-watering and animated by spicy and fruity notes.
