The Brut Blanc de Blancs "Les 7 Crus" is a Champagne produced using natural methods, without added sulfites from the renowned Maison Agrapart. It is obtained from grapes from 7 prestigious vineyards, these are small plots distributed in the best areas of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, which give life to a fresh and elegant Champagne and complex bouquet consisting of fruity aromas, citrus, spicy and mineral notes. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in oak barrels and re-fermentation in the bottle with disgorgement according to the Champenoise method, and then aged for 36 months on the lees. A Champagne that represents the classic style of Agrapart with its elegance and minerality.
