Champagne La Grande Année 2012 Bollinger

This Champagne "La Grande Année" 2012 is a Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by Bollinger. As the name itself indicates, it is a great vintage Champagne whose quality level touches peaks of remarkable excellence, also because Bollinger makes vintage labels only in the best vintages, as was this 2012 in which Champagne of the highest quality were produced. The Bollinger Champagne "La Grande Année" 2012 undergoes fermentation in tonneaux and subsequently matures twice the time required by the specification. At sight it shows a seductive golden color with shades of old pink; the nose gives a complex and elegant bouquet of hints of yeast and wood, red and exotic fruit, spices and dried fruit. The sip is full and persistent, for this Champagne of immense finesse and grandeur.
