Champagne La Grace D'Hakamiah Grand Cru Philippe Glavier
Champagne La Grace D'Hakamiah Grand Cru is a fine wine produced by Philippe Glavier. The name of this bottle refers to Hakamiah, Guardian Angel. The wine is an assembly of Chardonnay grapes from four of the most suitable territories in the world for this grape: the countries of Cramant, Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger, all classified Grand Cru, in the Champagne region, France. The dosage of 4 g / l, which provides it to come out as extra brut, gives the wine dynamism, although the body is by no means slender. The nose, in fact, releases a complex note of exotic fruit, succulents and wildflowers, followed by delicate and elegant aromas more than structured, with a finish that turns on spicy, buttery and rather complex sweet notes. Low alcohol content, 12%, extreme elegance, combination ductility: many will like it. Wonderful bright golden color with rather dense reflections present the tasting together with a refined perlage. The first nose is straight, thin and elegant which reveals hints of toasted hazelnuts. It opens with notes of caramel and a touch of coconut. The attack on the palate is very precise. A nice minerality is supported by a lemon and elastic finish. We find the delicate crushed hazelnut.
